Que La Lumière Soit (“Let there by light” in French) is a series of photographs made in response to a private commission to create a body of work picturing the city of Lyon, France during the city’s festival of lights. Locations in which to make photographs were pre-selected by writing the phrase in block letters over the map. The resulting book acts like a photographic atlas. 2014-2015.
